Additionally, we prefer to partner with practices that have been operating for five years or more, have three active chairs or more (or aspire to at least three chairs), and are actively marketing.
Established clinics have historical patient records, an existing team culture, and baseline operating systems, which allows our PracTrac system to accelerate revenue growth much faster.
Practices with fewer than three active chairs are often not sufficiently growth focused to benefit optimally from our services. (However, we are happy to work with smaller clinics as long as an ambition to grow is evident).
